Refund Policy

Can’t make it to React Conf Ghana? You can cancel your registration for a refund, or transfer it to someone else. Here’s how cancellations, refunds and substitutions work.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued for cancellations received at least two weeks before the main event start date (4 November 2026). This includes bulk ticket invoice requests, co-located events and add-ons.
• Refunds can only be issued to the card used for the original payment.
• Refunds appear as a credit on your card statement 7–10 business days after cancellation.

Please note that all refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.

Cancellations

If you must cancel for any reason, sign back into your registration, click the “Register/Modify” button, and select “Unregister”.

Substitutions

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another attendee instead of cancelling. To do so, sign back into your registration, click the “Register/Modify” button, and select “Transfer Registration” on your confirmation page.
